Smooth order, great quality
I ordered a few bottles of the Reserve Pinot Noir and the Willamette Valley Red Blend. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, no glitches. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in California, which felt reasonable for wine. Everything was packed really well, no issues with breakage. The quality of the Reserve Pinot Noir was excellent, very much what I expected from Eola Hills. The Red Blend was also solid for the price point. I didn't need to contact customer support, so can't comment there, but overall, a good experience for getting some quality Oregon wine.
Solid overall experience
I bought a few bottles, including a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir. The shipping was quick, arrived in about 5 days which was good. Packaging was secure, no broken bottles. The Chardonnay was very enjoyable, exactly what I hoped for. The Pinot Noir was decent, but perhaps not quite as robust as some others I've had from the region. The website worked fine, but I did find the checkout process a little clunky when trying to apply a gift card. Overall, a positive experience, but that one little hiccup at checkout could be smoother.
Good value on wine club
I was looking to join a wine club and Eola Hills caught my eye because of the discount on their Pinot Noir. I signed up and my first shipment included a few bottles of their classic Pinot Noir and a Rosé. The member pricing made it a much better deal than buying individual bottles. It definitely felt worth it for the savings and getting to try different wines. Shipping was also reasonable.
